We offer a variety of packages. TEAM packages and the SAM EDITION packages. You can inquire for whichever package you want. If you can’t find anything you like we do offer customized packages that are best suited for you and your wedding day! Our team has many years within the wedding industry to give you the best bang for you buck!

Your base package will always includes:

- Highlight film

- 8 hours of coverage

Ceremony Film

  • Having a ceremony film to look back on is one of the best thing you as a couple can get. To be able to see everyone that comes down the aisle, your fiance first look, your dad walking you down, and most importantly, the vows and promises you make to each other. This is something majority of our clients will add onto their package.

Raw Footages

  • We capture everything through the day! We deliver all the footage over to you and you will be able to relieve even more memories. Keep in mind these are all raw footage, uncut versions of footage that we take and will use them within your highlight film. Its amazing to look back on some of the uncut parts of your wedding day.

Additional Videographer

  • Having additional videographers are great! More footage! More content! More angles! Think about your favorite film…It would be boring if your favorite film was all shot from one angle! Having and additional videographer allows for that and allows for more moments to be capture. Its also very important as sometimes one videographer, simply can’t be in two places at once to record all the precious moments that happens.

Rehearsal Dinner

  • We all know that the most important day is your wedding day, but the Rehearsal dinner is where all the most raw, embarrassing, and sentimental moments happen. Not everyone will be able to say something on your wedding day, but here on your Rehearsal dinner we capture all the speeches and deliver them to you uncut so you can remember what your uncles, aunts, friends, parents, and grandparents all said on this special occasion.

Whether its with Sam or a Team Member! The first step after we have sent over our pricing guide is booking a consultation call. We’ll set up a Zoom call and we will discuss your needs, get to know each other and chat about what video package is right for you, or create a custom package for you

Official

If we’re a good fit and you’d like to move forward, I’ll send you a proposal with a contract and invoice to make our partnership official. Once you submit it, your date is secured on my calendar and you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you just found your dream wedding videographer!

Prepping

During the weeks/months leading up to your weddings, We will send you our questionnaire. We want to know everything happening on your wedding day! Wedding videographer/ film is all about preparation. We’ll schedule it for a few months before your wedding.

Wedding Bells

The big day has finally arrived. It’s going to be great! I’ll get to your venue early to scout out the layout and lighting and set up all camera equipment. We always try to arrive a hour early! Thanks to all the planning and prep we’ve done, you can simply relax and enjoy the moment while I do my thing! Trust us! Our team knows how to get it done and be discrete about it.

Delivery

I’ll send you over the wedding trailer within a few days of your wedding to get you excited, then your full gallery will be delivered usually within 30-90 days. You can download the video and share the link with all your friends and family, or I can create an amazing wedding album for you. Pro tip: Plan a date night with your new spouse to watch and relive the joy of that day all over again!

Relive It

Now that your film is here! Take a moment together to watch and remember the day! Wedding days goes so fast and we are always amazing at all our friends that book us for their wedding day! Yes you guys are our friends! We want to keep up with you guys after the wedding! Remember everything about the day and cherish it all. The decor, the venue, your family and lastly EACH OTHER!

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • Sam Visual offers a varity when it comes to your wedding film. We offer 6 minutes, 10 minutes, and 15-20 minute edits.

  • We license ALL music through a site called Musicbed. Due to copyright reasons, we don’t take music requests. We promise to find songs that elevate your love and personality through the film. However - Always tell us if there’s a song you NEED and we’ll see if we can acquire the licensing rights for your film.

  • Our team is based in Hickory North Carolina. Our packages can also include travel in the price depending on where your wedding location is.

  • We deliver all our films in 4k Quality. All raws are in 4k as well.

  • Turnaround time for a wedding trailer is about 7-14 days. If you’re booking the Sam Visual edition package teasers are sent out 24 hrs. Team packages teasers are 72 hrs. Your full wedding film and additional edits will be delivered within 30-90 days.

  • Sam does have a Bucket List to travel to the following locations. If your event is in one of these locations, inquire with Sam about the discount you're eligible for: Italy, Greece, London, Hawaii, Bora Bora, California.
